"JPG", TIF", "BMP" must be high resolution (300dpi) - For Full Colour jobs only!

When sending text as part of your finished design please make sure that you set the text to curves or outline!

Here at beer-mats.com we only offer real pulp board beer mats.

The General Specs for our standard shape beer mats are:

• Size: 94 x 94mm
• Thickness: 1200 Micron or 1.2mm
• Print: Full Colour to both sides using litho printing

The basic raw material is exclusively wood obtained from local managed forests. The maintenance of local woods and forests ensures that all trees are felled as part of an ecologically sustainable forestry program. The spruce wood from trees we use originates exclusively from a sustained forestry program. The definition of a sustained programme means that generally, more trees are planted than felled. Wood-containing recycling paper or chlorine-free bleached pulp is used for the conversion of all the board.

The quality control procedures ensure that the finished product consistently reflects the relevant brand values, and each of the coasters that are produced are fully recyclable and biodegradable.

All the board manufactured is a natural product which is produced in compliance with strict environmental regulations.

Our board offers significant advantages:

• Excellent printing characteristics and thus brilliant printed colours and even very fine details
• High absorbency - our board absorbs up to 300% of its own weight
• Rapid liquid absorption - no liquid "remains" on the board
• Absolute straightness - our board does not bend even after absorbing liquid
